Three awards for Hyundai in What Car? Awards 2022
Hyundai have scooped three awards at the recent What Car? Awards 2022.
Hyundai Santa Fe – Large SUV of the Year
The Hyundai Santa Fe 7-seater SUV has been named as Large SUV of the Year 2022 by What Car? Awards.
The Santa Fe, which is available as either a Hybrid or a Plug-In Hybrid is designed for larger families who all want to travel together and in comfort.
Packed with safety features including Blind Spot View Monitor, Smart Cruise Control and Rear Occupant Alert, the Santa Fe offers true peace of mind, especially when travelling with children.
For convenience, wireless phone charging makes it easier to stay connected, especially on those long journeys and the ventilated seats, which are available with Standard or Ultimate trim, provide a comfortable drive.
The head-up display, available on Ultimate models, projects all the information about your car onto the windscreen so you don’t need to divert your eyes from the road ahead.
When utilising the third row of seats, you can use the easy access button which slides the second row of seats out of the way for the occupants.
Whether you are commuting to work or heading off on a long trip, the KRELL premium sound system provides an exceptional experience when listening to your music or podcasts.
If you want to stay consistently connected, you can mirror your smartphone onto the 10.25” touchscreen by connecting using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
If you often drive in more remote areas, you can change between snow, sand and mud modes to suit the terrain.
Hyundai i10 – Best Small Car for the City
The popular city car, the Hyundai i10, has scooped Best Small Car for the City at the recent What Car? Awards.
Despite its small size, the Hyundai i10 has plenty of features to make navigating around cities a breeze, including steering wheel control, a rear-view camera (available on SE Connect and Premium models) and a wireless charging pad (on Premium and N-Line trims).
There’s a conveniently sized 252 litre boot that can easily accommodate a pushchair or the weekly grocery shop.
If you opt for the Premium model, you can take advantage of a heated steering wheel, heated front seats, privacy glass and 16” alloy wheels.
There’s a wide range of safety features too including Lane Departure Warning, ISOFIX points and Forward Collision Assist. There’s also an E-Call feature that comes as standard across the model range, which will automatically call the emergency services in the event of an accident.
To keep you connected during your journey, there’s a wireless charging pad and navigation system (included with Tech Pack on Premium and N-Line trims) as well as Bluetooth connectivity.
Hyundai Tucson – Best Family SUV for Practicality
Available as either a Hybrid, plug-in Hybrid or a petrol and mild Hybrid, the Hyundai Tucson is a spacious SUV designed for families who enjoy weekend adventures.
The stylish and sleek SUV is built to stand out from the crowd, with its Satin Chrome accent line and world’s first Parametric Hidden Lights.
The interior is designed to provide a comfortable space for your journey, with more space than ever before, multi-air mode technology and USB ports in the front and back.
With Premium or above models, you can take advantage of high-speed wireless charging, KRELL premium surround system and ambient lighting.
If you opt for the N Line model, you can benefit from a leather N Line steering wheel, red accent stitching, sporty seats with lumbar support and a panoramic sunroof. The sporty metal pedals offer a dynamic driving experience and the slip resistant rubber pads offer enhanced control.
The N Line range also features a sporty twin exhaust, 19” alloy wheels and an aerodynamic spoiler.
As standard, all Hyundai models come with 5-year unlimited mileage warranty which offers complete peace of mind that buying a Hyundai is the right option for you.
